Private? Then why release PR's and put anything on OTCMarkets? The Company is not an SEC registrant - they have ZERO obligation to post anything with anyone, anywhere. So why did they, unless it was for the very obvious reason of pumping and dumping the stock? If they really wanted to remain "private", wouldn't they say NOTHING?
