The subsidiaries seem to be incorporated in Delaware and in California. But what's the name of the parent company? Of course, now it's Element Group, but what was it before this "merger/takeover"?

I know, but KPMG will want to know their name is being used in a fraudulent press release. I'm thinking about sending it to KPMG legal, with a cc to the PCAOB so they will actually look into it.
