The company has already got the money for the issued shares. As stock holders we are passing the shares amongst ourselves.
The only way that the company would care is when they need to issue more outstanding shares to the open market or private investors to generate more cash.
Hopefully, they are generating income/profit at this point and further dilution will not be necessary.
Also, I noticed you had a lot of good questions, maybe you can contact the company and get the answers for all of us.
