Well only a thought here but if he is only concerned about profit ...... does it not take investor money like ours to fund the company to make a profit .... ?

He had better be concerned with keeping us who "own" the comapny in the loop.

SPEAKING of being in the loop ..... I wonder why I was NEVER notified of the shareholders meeting? I have held the stock long enough or maybe my broker did not notify me .... I will have to follow up on this.

ALSO how many shares were ok'd to be issued and at what price?
What type of stock?
