Personally my opinion that a reverse split will occur is my own conclusion based on the number of outstanding shares.

10 billion or 8 billion is far too many.

And that doesn't include debt conversion no matter who is entitled to the conversion. They still count.

LOL...well Paul only knows what he is told from Andy too. So what difference does it make?

With all due respect to Paul;
I doubt Paul knows anymore than is released to the public.

He is not on the BIEL board.

He handles PR's that BIEL hands him.


So it is most likely true that there have been "no" discussions of an RS...involving Paul.

However, this certainly does not tell us what Andy thinks could/couldn't be necessary at some point in the future.

Thanks srinsocal. The game is to beat down the pps to screw early investors out of any well deserved windfall IMO. I am always sceptical of grim news especially before what is about to happen on so many levels here. IMO. Keep up the great work of communicating to us. Very much appreciated.

I was trying to downplay it a bit because I don't want negative news to send everyone into a tailspin, but the words of "most likely the case" were my words, not Andy's. The actual words are worse. What was said at the end of the chat was this:

(Quoting from a sometimes faulty memory)

Me: So Andy, do you think after the news comes out you can buy back the shares so there won't be a reverse split?

Andy: No, there will never be enough money to buy back all those shares. This technology has too many applications and there will never be enough money for all the studies. There will have to be a reverse split.

He just didn't say when. And then I told him I'm in it with him all the way. And I am.
