It's nice you posted this news. It would be nicer still if you now could tell us the form will indeed be filed on time rather than saying you will do your best. Tell us will or will not this be done on time?? IMO it is ludicrous that a company would even find itself in such a situation.

TJG, it's very hard to have faith in TAUG now. So many wasted opportunities by this management team. Seth included. I hope you guys have a plan cause it sure looks bad from this angle. The thing that made TAUG unique in this space is not having toxic debt and having an impressive group of individuals on the board and committees. As is has turned out, they were mostly just expensive dead weight as results have shown. Many of Seth's friends have loaned him money only to see poor management squander those funds. I wonder if there are any friends left who have faith in him. If there are no more angels the OS will be clobbered with toxic dilution. If there is a plan, I hope management is smarter this time around...with a plan that actually benefits shareholders and creates value. And I hope they communicate what that plan is. BTW..everyone saw right through the Asia connection. Please tell Seth not to do that again.
