Solicitor General arguments are weak & logically flawed.

I find that statement silly, from an otherwise respected poster.

The SG arguments from legislative history and the language of the statute are clear and logical.

As anyone with experience knows, what courts will do is often uncertain and my sense is the uncertainty is increasing over time.
