CP my cluster (family & close friends) have actually increased their holdings due to the drop in PPS. Just remembered my coworker picked up 44,000 this past week @1.26 & 1.27.

All that makes me say that NOBODY accumulated. Rephrase, that UNFORTUNATELY nobody accumulated. Because if someone did then the mechanism of investment cost reduction that I explained before works in the favour of all of us that will/would get better prices for our (the remaining) shares in case of an acquisition.
