BCS, a cluster are a group of people that know each other and in this case have all PPHM shares.

At least ONE poster of the German cluster is here on the board. The US cluster came via MD (I usually don't name names but since he posted it himself yesterday I can confirm). I see now it is 14 Mil in his post but at the time they had about 10Milj (so they probably increased).

I only know the West European cluster personally (at least 10 people of it follow this board - mostly lurking).

Has NOTHING to do with avoiding 5% for SEC filling reasons. Each own their shares personally or via a company. Those I know are ALL PPHM supporters and 100% behind the company. I know the German cluster is also pro-PPHM and the US was too at the time. And from hutschi's post there seems to be a pure Austrian cluster too with 1Mil+ shares.

You must also have seen the other posts since yesterday where you see that there are MUCH more BIG positions 100K+ shares then we think. Another interesting post was the survey cheynew organized many years ago where people said what their position size was. And finally there are a number of posters that migrated to the seasonal board that posted here and that ALSO had BIG positions (500K -> 1Mil).

All that makes me say that NOBODY accumulated. Rephrase, that UNFORTUNATELY nobody accumulated. Because if someone did then the mechanism of investment cost reduction that I explained before works in the favour of all of us that will/would get better prices for our (the remaining) shares in case of an acquisition.

I am sure that if some other posters here would give us an idea of their positions or those in their environment we would all be surprised and understand why there are only 4500 people holding the total of all retail PPHM shares.
