Well said CP I personally hold 400k shares and know shareholders that all in total 14 million shares.

I have left messages with IR and have yet to receive a call back now for 9 days. Today I left one with explicit instructions to call me. Mt next step is flying to Tustin. I will go there in two weeks of today and will get a meeting I assure all here if I do not receive a call back. The company better be in a quiet period because I don't play games.

Well stated I agree- my family members hold approximately 239,000
two close friends another 144,000. There's 383,000 right there alone.

There is one German/Austrian/Swiss cluster with at the time 15 Milj shares, one West. European with about 20 Milj and at least one we know of and tried to contact that is in the US with also about 10Milj shares.

Is that one European or a cluster of them?

Are clusters trying to avoid the 5% reporting requirement?

I thinking you don't count the Austrian-pphm-group to this large Europe group. We are all private investors and we stand for 1 mio. pphm stocks. Maybe a little bit more now after that last move to $1,21 ;-)
