didn't someone report that they drove by the avid facility and thought it was vacant?
maybe they should've checked peregrine's front door too.

seriously though md... good for you!
for years (at least to me and some others) it has been obvious this company has never been completely on the up and up with its share holders - putting it mildly.

why so many vehemently defend it all the time is beyond reason.

i believe if share holders would've caused a stir long ago that by this time maybe we'd be treated like part owners of the company.

remember when they hired extra security prior to the asm meeting that one year? (i'd say 'dismal year' but what would be the difference between that and most others?)
well they need to be on constant reminder that they have a fiduciary duty to us.
they've done whatever they can to shirk that responsibility - but while rewarding themselves handsomely for.... for what exactly?

i say give em 'ell

Why do you think they will talk to you?

Are you going to fire King?

CK is gone. Jay is in Miami last I heard. May be the BOD, all Atlanta types if memory serves, left orders for no one to mind the store. Have you tried SK's or PL's email?

Reminds me a bit of ARIA...it had its ASM yesterday, or was it Wednesday?
Whatever....
It seems no one on BOD or high management showed up for the meeting, long-delayed, held in some Boston law firm's conference room. Not even activist Denner showed to keep ~15-20 SHs company.

You think you have reason to read the riot act?

MD, maybe you should let them do their work and leave them alone.

PPHM just gave the best Quarterly ever (and IMO we are going to say that for several up-coming quarterly's in the future). They are advancing on ALL fronts.

They have shown that we will quickly migrate to a situation where they will no longer need the ATM for daily operations financing thanks to Avid income. They have managed to sign key collaborations such as MSK which normally doesn't take just any research project because the companies sponsor it, they can pick, they have funds of their own.

As a small-cap biotech we are an unicum with the way we generate revenue. I am sure we will hear in OCT that HALO is certainly no longer the ONLY 90% Avid revenue bringer. And we have seen WRITTEN 51% gross margin while the new Avid II production with the new Single Use Reactors was not even included in that and should increase the margin considerably by lowering the operational cost.

And we see 51% gross margin with an hidden amount of Bavituximab from which we do not know for how many % it is inside the remaining 49%.

So, I know you'll go anyway because it is hard to change your mind, but if I were you I wouldn't. By the way, what are you going to tell them? What on Earth can you tell/ask them that they would share with you in private? Probably NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING because it would be illegal to provide you with any information that is not available to the public at the same time.

But in all case: Good Luck!
