Pretty close to "the decision is already made", but it is common that the Fed Funds futures can price in more than 100% certainty. Looked at another way, it means that 25 BP is certain, and 50 BP has X% built into the futures.
Any way, we'll have to see where that major bottom comes in. I will add here and there, and see what happens. Gold is coming down too. Could be a good buy setting up there.
