Doesn't that 95% certainty say the decision is already made. I believe the housing market will be an absolute disaster next year unless I totally am misreading the cues that are currently present. That will be hard on our economy. I am however ready to buy when the next FED induced recession takes its toll on stocks.

I've waited almost 4 years for a true long term major bottom.

So although we will probably rally a couple times this summer I still think the real bottom is coming later this year. Who knows for sure.
