even if you are wrong. That's just one of multiple disaster scenario for SLNN. It's not SLNN is short on bankruptcy risk.

Honest post that finally makes it clearer that Steve has already worked out an exit strategy.
GTA will also get taken eventually. Maybe this advance notice will be reported and considered by the Bankruptcy court before they grant the Chapter 7 filing and maybe they will freeze Saleen's IP and any other assets from being transferred or used by GTA.

The GTA deal is ONLY for the areas mentioned in the agreement. Yes, that allows for them to "USE" the name for manufacturing BUT NOT to manufacture the current Saleen branded vehicles! It is very clear, go read it again!
