just a reminder it was just about this time last year (almost)
that original colluding entity *almost lost* that 20c pps level on PTOI

it was specific to 2 events >> not noted by P2O mgmt >> that would be
the 5 and 10 year permits issued by NYSDEC (from memory so i may be off)
on 7.30.14 and 8.8.14 .. and noted via this very venue :)

and how telling that most of today was 50/50 .. hmmm

so what are the odds the original colluding entity *sold* that 200k
on 5.26.15 in *advance* of said cert becoming un-restricted by say 6.15.15

interesting to note ATS Dark Pool % decline as of 6.15.15
reminder ATS Dark Pool data runs 4 weeks in arrears

next 4 weeks of ATS Dark Pool will tell the tale .. just like
we got *verification* of what *wasn't* done previously and what was
(for example when mgmt added 250,000 shares directly into PTOI's float
back in February) and when that 200k *block* was >> *sold* .. ;)

this may well be the *last* of that 1M cert >> which means *original*
colluding entity will do what they always do >> wash trade for volume
if able while waiting to see what is on offer next ..

the opportunity to *reset* last October's 5c reset
(if able) or try and do a *mini* CONtrolled *RUN* on PTOI .. which of
course was almost *lost* just about this time last year
with that *YTD* high on 8.14.14 of 19c .. courtesy of those 5 and 10
year NYSDEC permits >> never *released* by P2O's mgmt
