It is disappointing. This is one of the pitfalls of doing everything oneself. A larger company would have had several layers of people going over the PR, including internal counsel. But, we don't have that sort of personnel.
Bill, in the future please pass everything by your external counsel. My guess is they would have told you to get everything in writing, and advised you on the wording so that Timken did not see it as an affront.
This was a great opportunity for TPAC. You can still fix things up, but it really does hit the morale of shareholders, and we'll likely see that reflected in the share price.
