The time line was too bizarre. Only a couple months after being promoted to COO, only 3 weeks after having been offered generous stock options, terminated without explanation. Not even given the opportunity to resign with the usual blah, blah, good wishes, separate ways, etc. No, that's some some serious bad blood, I think. I was also worried about Dale loyalists, as surely there must have been a few - I'd bet Steve won't comment on it, if asked, he's had plenty of time to elaborate. Why Steve didn't think investors deserved an explanation is, well, inexplicable.
