The Division and a representative of
SaviCorp represented that SaviCorp has signed an offer of settlement, the offer will be submitted
to the Commission shortly, and a consent order as to SaviCorp likely will issue shortly.

I caught wind there may be a settlement but as to what that entails I
dont have a clue..............

as it says we shall (likely) know shortly.....

Thanks but I did not misunderstand. I put it down by error. I was on the plane back to LA and didnt have time to remove it.
