Glad to know others are digging into this. As I said earlier, I have not gotten to the bottem of this, but I will. It will take another week or so, as I have very little free time. I had someone research this today and his response was that from what he can tell, this is a Spoofed email.

What does this mean at the end of the day? Probably nothing more than that we have pranksters at work. I've stated all along that I have serious doubts that a CEO of any public company would send emails to individual investors. All I am doing is using what I know to see if this is real or not.

Like I said, I am not alleging that Mark or Art said or did anything improper. I really don't see Joe behind this, but the thought does make me smile.

Whether WB sent these or JS, it doesn't change the amount of oil under our blocks. It just adds to the mystique that is ERHC.

The reason that the servers referred to ERHC on the Move in this WB Email was because I had forwarded Joe's article/letter he had sent to an Executive at the Wall Street Journal to Brandhuber.

It was the article Brandhuber referred to ( Joe Blog's article)
in the Email he sent to me.

ERHC On the Move would not come up on a server trace of other Brandhuber Emails.

Sorry, but you guys are a little nuts.

Stocks2rise/stockhocker...

the email(s) from Brandhuber are legit. Stocks2rise, the refernce to ERHC on the move in the post from stockhocker is the actual subject line of the email.

How do I know the Brandhuber emails are legit? I got one too. Brandhuber replied to me in response to an email I had sent him. He used the reply feature of whatever mail client they use and my email, verbatim, was contained in his reply to me.

I'm not saying that what was posted here as fact concerning the content is true, especially the CNBC in in June/July... he did not put that in his email to me. Here is what he sent me, and I have NO DOUBT it is 100% Brandhuber replying to my email to him...

"Dear [XXXXXX],

I understand your concerns and am taking steps to rectify the situation. We have a very small organization and can not hope to address all the e-mails received. We are hiring a investor relations firm to better address shareholder concerns and to provide better information on the company's activities. Please be patient a little longer and you will see a vast improvement.

Thank you,

Walter Brandhuber
President/CEO
ERHC Energy Inc"

Mr. B has sent out email, and as you can see the one I got was as bland as what you would expect. If he really did send out an email saying they would be on CNBC and they were planning a road show it was a complete lapse in judgement on his part.

Stocks2rise and Stockhocker, I suggest you leave the email investigations to others with more skills. You have both completely botched what is a simple analysis. The reference to "ERHC on the move" appears in the subject line. It does not identify a server name. The references to Intermedia are key. that is the server that sent the e-mail. A CURSORY web search of Intermedia shows it to be a company that hosts mail servers for other companies. This investigation took all of 5 minutes, so leave your "I'm too busy excuses at the door".
