I was impressed by the thoroughness of the complaint, very well written, and very well investigated. I remain skeptical of the ability to obtain proceeds even if/when/after judgment. Hudson doesn't have the money and I doubt the "players" over there have it either. So I do not believe there will be any settlement or collectible funds in excess of a few million, if that. But even a million obtained with 50K-100K in legal fees would be a success and I hope it can be done.
