Ok here some ideas

First and foremost, it is hard to think that CMGO will get no money for the current lawsuit, the evidences left behind by the other is way to obvious and compelling. I would then guess that they will want to settle that before going to trial. For me, a settlement below 10 millions is cheap, I would rather see a settlement around 15 to 20 millions plus expenses which is WAY cheaper then the potential 120 millions listed in the lawsuit plus expenses.

I yet to understand that the big player NBC, ABC and all the others not getting sued within the original documents. They knew they signed with the wrong guys and the wrong company then and now...so to me they are as guilty as the listed ex-partners. So why not being sued...Is it possible that actually there is some discussion already going on for them to return to XA for coming events.

So, IF (yes it is an opinion) previous client are returning to XA that would generate an very interesting 12 months to come:
around 8 to 10 millions in business with a 30% overhead; total of 3 millions in the bank

If they can settle for around 15 millions, that is 15 millions in the bank (they will surely guaranty the money before settling which is better then a won case with no money in the bank)

And if they can spin off Good gaming, that would generate also some significant revenue. And maybe, if they can use a similar scheme that they used for AEYE, that would increase our plus value as shareholders.

A lot of IF indeed but all likely to me

within 12 month;
15 to 20 millions in the bank...
Annual benefit of around 3 millions
Yet to know income from GoodGaming
and maybe some free share from Goodgaming spinoff.

CMGO values.... clearly not where we are at the present time
