Check what he has been involved with. Some good, some not so good. He seems to get put into the org structure of these companies, not saying it's a bad thing, just seems a lot of comingling. Check out his past with US Cement. Novak appears to recycle folks between the companies it works with / represents. Again, not going to say it's good or bad, just worth looking at. So are you saying that you are skeptical because you can't find enough history of the company? Well that could be said about 85% of the pinksheet stocks. I understand what you are saying, and I agree that you should not trade a stock if you don't trust the management, but I have no reason to doubt this stock yet. If/when I do I will move on. I certainly don't disregard anything negative, but I do try and discover where it comes from. If its some disgruntled former shareholder like subpenny I ignore it. If its a nervous current holder who seems to have a clue, I read it and make my own call. Thats all. The only reason I questioned you is because you seemed to be calling Novak a scam, which is a serious implication. You explained yourself and I appreciate it, now I'll look into it, but I still think this is going up. All pinks are speculative; very speculative...lets not pretend that pinksheets are monster corporations.
