Check what he has been involved with. Some good, some not so good. He seems to get put into the org structure of these companies, not saying it's a bad thing, just seems a lot of comingling. Check out his past with US Cement. Novak appears to recycle folks between the companies it works with / represents. Again, not going to say it's good or bad, just worth looking at.
