Think about is like this: all the board of directors resigned as of January with the exception of Neil Fogel the Accountant whom also works for Neil Fogel Accounting LLC. Now the board of advisors Greg Passmore whom straight from the horses mouth know nothing of VGTL but has a JV with MPSS. He owns Passmore Labs and just mad A $200 million dollar deal earlier this year for his company. Mike Hunaan also listed on VGTL but actually in same position as Greg for Passmore Labs. Grand Schema makes a deal with 'sister' company Domicile NY to make a movie for $20 million that was finished in December. Grand Schema also promoted Domicile NY on their FB page for the shows they've produced that air on HBO. Now if I as CEO and new I have all these rights for distribution deal and a movie finished, why would I resign?
My best guess and opinion: Passmore Labs is acquiring MPSS and Domicile NY will acquire Grand Schema. Question is who is taking VGTEL?
