Or, they haven't seen enough to close out their positions and are just looking to make money in the interim. Results on Direct were not full disclosure so they went with the most pessimistic interpretation. None of us know if the Ph III will be successful. Stock sits at a high, logic is some shareholders will want out and they'll have easy triggers to hit to return some or risk to make more money.
