They can "try" whatever, but price is too low for 5.7 mill float...going to pop when a "group" finds it & decides to run it up over $1...jmho or when silver/gold pops...just remember that in December 2014, they made new rule for gold silver circuit breakers on intraday price...in other words if silver goes up $3, market shuts it down...why all of a sudden did they put this in place????? all of a sudden they need to cap the price when it's been stagnant, dipping & pretty much dead for years now...that's a huge clue something is coming...jmho
