Seems strange that md anderson wouldn't realize that ctix couldn't use formerly treated patients for their trial. Perhaps md anderson didn't know they had been treated.

They want to test Brilacidin's effectiveness in treating a side effect to cancer treatments in patients that haven't had any cancer treatments? Meanwhile leaving the cancer itself untreated?

What am I missing?
