All the "run-ups" were followed by a reversal back to current levels. Take any period,6mos 1,3,5,10yrs and the price today hovers nr an all time low.

That's hardly an up-trend.
NO MOVE UP, N-O-N-E WAS EVER SUSTAINED. IT ALWAYS WAS TURNED BACK TO LOWER LOWS.
IT DID'NT HIT $.413/SH BECAUSE IT WAS IN A SUSTAINED UPTREND.
