All the "run-ups" were followed by a reversal back to current levels.

That is obviously not true! With-in the 6 year upward Channel Pattern, the price retracement NEVER fell below the previous low, but continued in an upward spiral.!!

All were higher highs and highers lows until Russia Annexed the Ukraine.

I am confidant Upward price spirals will happen again.
