Nope additional convertible debt yes but they got rid of the toxic notes...If you look at the filings you will see almost all of what is remaining is convertible at $1 and $2 per share :)

That's exactly right. How is this good news? If all the converted shares had already been sold into the market place this puppy would be ready to fly.

A lot of money is gonna be sucked outta this baby. Makes sense why they are reaching out for media exposure. Dilute into all the fresh money here.

I will be sitting here on the sidelines and I will only buy when their is blood in the streets. That should be when dilution is over
