(OTC Pink: LIBE) (PINKSHEETS: LIBE), is pleased to announce a significant update to shareholders regarding the company’s progress in its latest stage of development. Each of the following will be presented in fuller detail as events unfold:
- Liberated Energy has launched its retail website www.theguardlite.com for consumers and distributors to order its state of the art alternative energy lighting and security product, the Guard Lite.
- Liberated Energy has begun signing on distributors to sell the Guard Lite directly and through satellite dealerships to the mass market beginning two weeks ago. Currently we have signed six distributors, ranging from Hawaii, to Canada, to the New England states. Each agreement has a minimum value of just under $200,000 based on quantity commitments.
- Liberated Energy will be featured in a full page article/advertisement in “Owners Perspective” the official publication of COAA, the Construction Owners Association of America. Published bi-annually, it is distributed to more than 25,000 building owners, architects, engineers, and project managers and is expected to drop by the end of April.
- Liberated Energy has begun shipping orders placed under old management (20 units to Hemp, Inc., additional single units, etc) and has received an order for Guard Lites to go along the boardwalk of Boston Harbor’s largest marina. Their management oversees 28 large marinas across the United States.
- Liberated Energy has made great strides in securing financing based on factoring orders/distributor agreements, and inventory, and is continuing to retire older, convertible debt acquired under old management.
