Check back next week when the OTC site has the almost 700 million shares reduced from the TPAC OS updated. He said around 6/15/2015. Then look for news ahead about the share buyback. The company wants to make money for all shareholders including those who were buying at .10 to .15 ahead of the conversion.

Private investors? That means regular shareholders are screwed.

How would private investors mean regular shareholders are screwed?

At least it would mean there is money coming into the company..sure their shares would have "more value" but why does it mean others would be screwed.

Please help me understand what you are saying.
