Totally Agree....those calls should be as structured as possible mainly to keep everyone on point and focused we lost a great opportunity to have a one on one with Bill and listen to how he answers questions add expound on a question if needed without the brutal distractions....im sure im not alone.

After he called out the immature guy blaring noise and he went away, the last half most of the time especially last hour he didn't even use the mute feature unless feedback made it a little hard to hear.

When he said next question whoever spoke first everyone was quiet and let them ask their question. I joined in the call about 45 min late and was in the conference call about 1.5 hours.

He delivered on every question with very great detail and did not leave the CC until every single question was answered. He gave an extremely satisfying closing statement in regards to why this time around will be different for the company and thus the satisfaction of share holders, his dedication and passion for the company, and appreciation of shareholders.

Overall, I see this company having amazing leadership throughout and success in its future with a true leader at the top.
