authorized is not the same as issued. most companies have a lot more authorized than issued.

but again, i don't really care because i'm holding out for a lower pps anyway.

i believe you're wrong. the management structure of the company, as stated on the 8K, states Mr. Parkin as CEO and CFO. forget Nord, it was stated long ago once the merger was done we would change the company name to the North-West Oil Group, therfore, we are now NWOG. and i believe i read our new ticker will be NWOG. correct? you seem to have something against Mr. Parkin being CEO and CFO. also remember someone posted today that they recieved an email stating the 8K would be released today, and it actually happened. that man, Mr. Parkin, had to have been busy as hell over the last couple weeks. this is good news, you should be happy. cheer up. have a cold beer and have a good evening, RKB

Ronnie, if the stock is at .20 and they issue stock, do you think they will get any more than .20? Don't you think there is a relationship between pps and the ability to raise funds?
