Don't be surprised if they reverse split later in the year. It's the only way they will get to a higher exchange. 1 billion shares coming. They really didn't structure this to benefit the public buyers. Hate to say it guys, but this stock has no potential. They succeeded in their plan, and they will make money through sale of stock. pps appreciation means little to them. I don't see any way that this can be interpreted positively. I'll post after midnight if I am up.

I think this is going into the teens. Don't take what I say personally, interpret the info how you see fit. It's just too bad.

rk, the filing is for NORD. Parkin is ceocfo of Nord, NOT Northwest. He is only VP in the new co ( one of 5, distinguished as to roles ).
