that's right makesum.. it was just downright duplicitous and misleading of them to say that it would be put to a vote.
But that's not why I sold at all.
and cynic, I agree with the following of your post's statements :
1)"None of us is big enough to even make a dent."
2) "As sad as it is, none of us is very high on their priority list."
3) "this deal is not made for us."
4) "Don't you think for a moment that they don;t know what they are doing."

I know I took you out of context but I just wanted to point out the lines I agree with.
