Cynic, your right. Proxies are for fully reporting companies on the Senior exchanges. I never put a whole lot of stock so to speak on my vote anyway. Who counts the votes? The board usually gets what they want anyway. I think what Ron is refering to is the way things get worded. Why not just say the majority shareholders will decide the vote.
