1 minute the claim is that Yanina and Pablo Lopez are supposedly running some online cyber shopping scam site!

Then the next the domain has in fact been hacked/pirated and someone is fabricating email responses from both Pablo and Yanina Lopez DESPITE the simple fact that they're only a phone call away at the phone numbers they themselves have provided!
