A theory that even I agree is very plausible. But it raises a number of questions. For example: Is JPM paying rent for the use of those immovable property assets? If so, to whom? How many of those assets has JPM liquidated already? Where are the proceeds?
This could get very interesting if Yogi and you are on target.
