As I have suggested many times in the past ,I SEE WMI owning the lands and buildings..........And LEASING them to their subs WFSB and WMB , this is how the mother makes her money ,through INVESTING in properties and leasing them to create an on going rev stream to keep mom healthy AND PROTECT ASSETS accumulated over the yrs.......AND OUT OF THE HANDs OF THE FDICK if anything should happen to the BANK , investors are still protected in as much as they own many of the assets , and just lease to their SUBs the bank

I know that is how one small bank in Southern OKLA/Northern Tex does it , and as I have suggested, I don't think that small bank came up with the idea , but in fact followed yrs of logic from the BIG BANKS...........


NOW yes to answer your question,IF WMB owned these properties then YES WE WILL NEVER SEE A DIME OF IT

I for one have always contended THEY DID NOT and that those were held by WMI THE BANK (HOLDING) COMPANY , it only makes sense.

I have always honestly felt and imho WITH SOUND REASONING,that this is EXACTLY WHY Shela went before congress all but on her knees ,pleading for far reaching powers against BANKS HELD BY HOLDING CO's only reason she wasn't is her KNEES from her interlude with JAMIE DEMON , were still too sore
