That wasn't buenokite's point. His point was that, as legend has it, *markers* for *air shares* were created by those nasty shorts and sold to unwitting *legit* longs. After all, Shorty sells. He doesn't buy unless he wants to cover.
Those longs WOULD vote. So why has there never been an excessive number of votes?
