OIC, this Note must have been purchased long ago and they're making disclosure of it today lol

I'm confused. What note is that? BAYP hasn't filed a Form D, though they don't necessarily have to. The PR certainly makes it sound as if they just bought the note. If they bought it a year ago, why not say so?

There is a JFK Oil Terminal Reg D offering going on. It began last year and was amended in April:

They've collected $45,000 of the $5 million they intend to raise. But that was presumably a recent sale.

And of course if it was a JFK Terminal note and not a BAYP note, they should have made that clear.

That proves again that it was not the company, or any insider,or any JV partner, selling. It is a small note issued years ago that converted . The float is still small too. Also, this was full disclosure which shows a lot of transparency. this company is finishing an audit.
