Then they did a 2nd RS 2 months later... but even in the case of an RS, there is generally a run up just before so loading 1s, 2s, and 3s is pretty safe.
I agree 99% of the time as well, although i did own a stock that skyrocketed after a R/S.. I forget the name but it was very odd! Im sure there was someone who orchestrated the push.. Of course, shortly after it was decimated.
