I see what you're saying but i think that's strictly a "cover our butts" statement. In theory the two current board members (hub and marilu, right?) and this tertiary fellow have majority stake, they make the decisions. But this isn't different than any other stock where they act without your vote, right? I mean all it's really saying is "we control the stock" which isn't anything new.
