I bailed out (all but 1 mil) the day after the 10K came out because of one sentence on page 8 of the 10K which read: "Because the influence by these insiders could result in management making decisions that are in the best interest of those insiders and not in the best interest of the investors, you may lose some or all of the value of your investment in our common stock. I simply take that statement as a dire warning. GLTA
