Don't be surprised if they made some other kind of deal to send advertisements off in the student welcome packs. I received all kinds of goodies recently along with special discounts.

They probably cut you, which they assumed to be the fat, from the plan. You basically became the dreaded UNPAID consultant.

Perhaps they wanted to expand the idea beyond Florida, and not get tied up with you.

The bright side is that if they do it, and it goes well then your stock goes up.

Or perhaps, Sullivans idea got axed by JF, and JF said it is the end. Thus if this is true, this Sullivan has no clout and JF calls all shots. JF may not want to deal with any investors in business respects.

If you already have machines on the campuses..you should at least talk about putting an advertisement up on the machines you have. Put the GamezNflix website up on it.

Sorry to hear about the unproffesionallism of GnF management once again. I'm almost at the point of calling this company a sham as it seems they have no real desire to have actual, full-blown business practices.

If management wanted, they could get subs, but it is just my opinion that they DO NOT! I know that sounds stupid, but it just seems to me that they enjoy their salaries and incentive packages more than actually having to run the company in a positive manner.

After you posted this info, I emailed JF/Chip to see what their reaction was to it...

There have been several emails back & forth now, but here is a direct quote from Mr. Sullivan... I won't post the entire email, as I do not have permission... It would seem, in his eyes, he does not represent GZFX in anyway/shape/form...

You should know this by now. I dont represent GnF here in Hawaii - nor was there any business plan other then to just to meet him while he was here. There was the potential opportunity for two individuals to talk about how his vending expertise. And who knows maybe I could try and help push his idea better to the company. I cannot make any decisions for the company.

GZFX needs an IR department... This will help with many of the "Non-mechanical" aspects of the company...
