They probably cut you, which they assumed to be the fat, from the plan. You basically became the dreaded UNPAID consultant.

Perhaps they wanted to expand the idea beyond Florida, and not get tied up with you.

The bright side is that if they do it, and it goes well then your stock goes up.

Or perhaps, Sullivans idea got axed by JF, and JF said it is the end. Thus if this is true, this Sullivan has no clout and JF calls all shots. JF may not want to deal with any investors in business respects.
