Nope. Zoning is only one of many things that need to pass. CEN/Bill have made too many false statements regarding the license and conducting their business in an ethical way that its now why they have been rejected. The RCMP embargoed their application since of all the false statements.

It is the OMB but not a court case. If the OMB rules in their favor they are back to square one as Value Added restrictions still limit their ability to package and ship anything near the figure they gave and they will still have to apply for a zoning amendment to get the restrictions lifted.

There is nothing in those two buildings however, of that I am 100% sure.
