From what I've read so far it looks the CEO has challenged everybody to prove he has not been telling the truth. Not sure but why would somebody say publicly to come and 'look under the hood' if they were lying.
Could be the people who are saying it is a smear campaign have been right. Wait and see how this all unfolds.
