Take screen shots, email to your broker and CC FINRA.

Call and get a specific person at your broker to email it to. Perhaps just telling them the purpose for your email will get them off the dime.

Current ask is .2996! Your order should fill. If not, try either replacing your GTATQ order on your platform, or delete & reenter it. I did earlier (2nd option) and it took my .2999 GTATQ order to add to my holdings. GLTY & GTLA!
